Ingredients

2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen

1 cup kiwi, peeled and chopped

1 cup pineapple, diced

1 medium mango, peeled and diced

1 banana, sliced

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Zest of 1 lime

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, chopped kiwi, diced pineapple, diced mango, and sliced banana. Gently toss the fruits together to ensure even distribution.

Make the Dressing: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey, fresh lime juice, and lime zest until well combined. Taste and adjust the sweetness or acidity by adding more honey or lime juice, as desired.

Combine & Toss: Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the mixed fruits. Gently toss everything together with a spatula or spoon until the dressing evenly coats all the fruit pieces.

Chill: Cover the salad with plastic wrap or transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 15-30 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully.

Serve: Before serving, give the salad a gentle stir. Spoon the fruit salad into individual bowls or a large serving dish. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if using, for an extra pop of color and flavor.

Enjoy: This vibrant honey lime fruit salad is perfect as a refreshing snack, a side dish for a picnic, or a light dessert!
