1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 lime (juice and zest)

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped (for heat)

Prepare the Ingredients: Start by draining the canned tuna and placing it in a mixing bowl. Use a fork to break it up gently. Set aside.
