Ingredients

12 ounces fettuccine pasta

8 slices of thick-cut bacon, chopped

1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)

1 small onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

1/2 cup dill pickle relish

Chopped green onions, for garnish

Extra shredded cheese, for topping (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.

Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate, leaving the rendered fat in the skillet.

Brown the Beef: In the same skillet with the bacon grease, add the ground beef. Cook over medium-high heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: Reduce the heat to low. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Add the Parmesan, shredded cheddar, and cream cheese. Cook, stirring constantly until the cheeses are melted, and the sauce is smooth.

Combine Ingredients: Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, and dill pickle relish. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary.

Mix in Pasta: Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce, mixing well to coat the pasta. If the sauce is too thick, gradually add the reserved pasta water until you reach your desired consistency.

Serve Warm: Plate the Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta. Top with the crispy bacon, additional shredded cheese if desired, and garnish with chopped green onions for a fresh finish.
