6 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup diced bell peppers (red, green, or a mix)

1 cup diced potatoes (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Optional: hot sauce for serving

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

    Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

      Layer the Ingredients:

        - Spread the diced potatoes evenly in the bottom of the greased casserole dish.

          - Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the potatoes.

            - Add the diced bell peppers evenly on top of the bacon.

              - Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients, ensuring everything is covered.

                  Bake: Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
