Maple Dijon Grilled Pork Chops

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary)

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, rosemary, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
