1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Prepare the Eggplant:

    - Start by preheating your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

      - Cut the eggplant into 1-inch thick rounds and sprinkle both sides with salt. Allow them to sit for about 15-20 minutes to draw out excess moisture. This step helps in reducing bitterness and prevents the eggplant from becoming soggy.

        Pat Dry:
