1 pound ground turkey

1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package (10-12 count) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/3 cup sliced green onions (for garnish)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Cook Turkey: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground turkey. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula until it's browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.

      Add Seasonings: Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and BBQ sauce. Mix well and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

        Prepare Biscuits: While the turkey cooks, open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

          Assemble Melts: Spoon a generous tablespoon of the BBQ turkey mixture onto the center of each biscuit. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
