Mini Chicken Alfredo Pasta Toasts

Ingredients
  

1 cup cooked penne pasta

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

8 slices of baguette or crusty bread

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Chicken Alfredo Mixture: In a large bowl, combine cooked penne pasta, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated in the sauce.

      Prepare the Bread: Place the slices of baguette on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly toast them in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, just until they start to crisp up.

        Assemble the Toasts: Spoon a generous amount of the chicken Alfredo mixture onto each toasted slice of bread, pressing gently to help it adhere.

          Add Cheese: Sprinkle the top of each toast with shredded mozzarella cheese and a dusting of grated Parmesan cheese.
