1 can (16.5 oz) refrigerated crescent dough

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tbsp ground cinnamon

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: Chopped nuts or raisins for filling

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Dough: Unroll the crescent dough on a clean surface and press the seams together to form a rectangle.

      Make the Cinnamon Filling: In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Brush the melted butter evenly over the dough, then sprinkle the cinnamon mixture generously on top. If desired, add chopped nuts or raisins for extra flavor and texture.

        Roll Up the Dough: Starting from the long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log. Once rolled, pinch the edge to seal the seam.

          Cut into Bites: Using a sharp knife, slice the log into 1-inch pieces. You should have about 12 mini rolls. Arrange them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.

            Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

              Prepare the Glaze: While the rolls are baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth. Adjust the consistency with more milk if necessary; it should be drizzle-able.

                Glaze and Serve: Once the rolls are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Drizzle the glaze over the warm mini cinnamon rolls. Serve warm and enjoy!
