2 large eggs

1/2 tsp peppermint extract

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup mint chocolate chips

1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup powdered sugar

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

      Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).

        Add Eggs and Extracts: Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, mix in the vanilla and peppermint extracts until fully incorporated.
