1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (for a vegan option)

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

A pinch of sea salt

1/4 cup crushed nuts or seeds (optional for added crunch)

Instructions
 

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

    Add the rolled oats, ground flaxseed, and a pinch of sea salt to the peanut butter mixture. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
