2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 tablespoon sugar (optional, adjust based on sweetness of strawberries)

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup granola (choose your favorite type)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

½ cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
