1 cup graham cracker crumbs

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted (plus extra for topping)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips for garnish

Additional mini marshmallows for topping

Prepare the Graham Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Divide this mixture evenly among your jars (about two tablespoons per jar), pressing it down firmly to create a base.

    Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy and smooth. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fully combined.

      Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, taking care not to deflate the whipped cream.

        Combine Ingredients: Once the whipped cream is fully incorporated, gently fold in the mini marshmallows and melted chocolate until evenly distributed.

          Layer the Cheesecake Jars: Spoon the cheesecake filling into each jar on top of the graham cracker crust, filling each jar almost to the top.
