2 cups fresh tortellini (store-bought or homemade)

2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes)

1 cup basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
