Ingredients

2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls

1 cup cooked corned beef, chopped

1 cup sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry

1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing (plus extra for serving)

1 tsp caraway seeds (optional)

Cooking spray or butter, for greasing the baking sheet

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or butter.

Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, combine the chopped corned beef, drained sauerkraut, shredded Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing, and caraway seeds (if using). Mix until well combined and set aside.

Roll Out Crescent Dough: Open the cans of crescent rolls and unroll the dough. Separate it into triangles along the perforated lines.

Assemble Rolls: Take one triangle of crescent roll dough and place about 2 tablespoons of the filling at the wide end. Starting from the wide end, roll the dough towards the pointed end, enclosing the filling, and pinch the sides to seal tightly. Repeat for the remaining triangles and filling.

Place on Baking Sheet: Arrange the filled crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and puffed.

Cool and Serve: Once baked, remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley and with additional Thousand Island dressing on the side for dipping.
