Ingredients
  

2 plain or everything bagels, sliced in half

4 oz smoked salmon

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

1 tbsp capers, rinsed and drained

1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced

1 ripe avocado, sliced

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Olive oil, for drizzling (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cream Cheese Spread:

    - In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with fresh dill and a squeeze of lemon juice. Stir until well combined and creamy. Set aside.

      Toast the Bagels:

        - Lightly toast the bagel halves in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown and crispy.

          Assemble the Bagels:

            - Spread a generous layer of the dill cream cheese over each bagel half.

              - Layer on the smoked salmon, followed by slices of avocado.

                Add the Toppings:
