Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Additional mini marshmallows for topping

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Stir until well-blended and the mixture resembles wet sand.

Bake the Crust: Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking pan, creating an even layer. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.

Layer the Chocolate: Sprinkle the milk chocolate chips evenly over the baked crust, followed by the semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Prepare the Ganache: In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla extract, and pour it over the chocolate chips. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes to melt the chocolate. Use a spatula to spread the melted chocolate evenly across the crust.

Add Marshmallows: Distribute the mini marshmallows over the chocolate layer, ensuring they are spread out. For extra flair, add a few additional marshmallows on top.

Broil the Marshmallows: Place the pan under the broiler on low for 1-3 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown and toasted. Watch carefully to prevent burning.

Cool and Slice: Allow the bars to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before slicing into squares. For easier cutting, you can refrigerate for an additional 15-30 minutes.

Serve: Enjoy these s’mores bars warm or at room temperature, perfect for a crowd or a cozy night in.
