2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

5 oz fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced (packed in oil)

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil for garnish

Optional: Red pepper flakes for heat

Cook the Spaghetti: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about ½ cup of pasta water.
