12 ounces spaghetti

3 cups fresh spinach, washed and roughly chopped

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Cook the Spaghetti: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about ½ cup of the pasta water.

    Sauté Garlic and Spinach: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.

      Add Sun-Dried Tomatoes: Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

        Prepare the Cream Sauce: Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
