2 large naan breads

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 ripe avocado, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or vegan cheese for a dairy-free option)

Fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish

Zest and juice of 1 lime

Optional: red pepper flakes for extra heat

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to allow it to reach the desired temperature for baking the naan pizzas.
