4 pieces of naan bread

1 cup of marinara sauce

1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

1 small zucchini, thinly sliced

1 small yellow squash, thinly sliced

1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

½ cup of red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup of baby spinach

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 teaspoon of dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.

    Prepare the Veggies: In a large mixing bowl, combine the zucchini, yellow squash, cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, and red onion. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle the dried oregano, and season with salt and pepper. Toss the vegetables until well coated.

      Assemble the Pizzas: On a flat surface or a baking sheet, lay out the naan bread. Spread a generous layer of marinara sauce on each piece. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.

        Add the Veggies: Distribute the prepared vegetables evenly on top of the cheese. Allow a little space for the cheese to bubble up while baking.

          Add Fresh Spinach: Gently toss the baby spinach and distribute it on top of the veggie layer.

            Bake: Place the assembled naan pizzas on the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the naan is slightly crisp.
