Ingredients

1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust for spice level)

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

Prepare the Cauliflower: In a large mixing bowl, add the cauliflower florets.

Make the Sauce: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey (or maple syrup), sriracha sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Coat the Cauliflower: Pour the sauce over the cauliflower florets and toss until they are evenly coated.

Bake: Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro or parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for a burst of freshness.

Enjoy your Sweet and Spicy Baked Cauliflower!
