Ingredients

6 large flour tortillas

12 oz sliced salami

8 oz sliced smoked turkey

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup pickled jalapeños, drained

1/2 cup honey

1 cup sliced strawberries

1/2 cup sweet chili sauce

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Cream Cheese Spread: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with honey and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Layer the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the honey cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla.

Add the Fillings: Arrange slices of salami and smoked turkey evenly over the cream cheese spread. Scatter the pickled jalapeños, strawberries, and chopped cilantro on top.

Drizzle with Sauce: Drizzle a tablespoon of sweet chili sauce over the entire filling. Adjust the quantity according to your heat preference.

Roll it Up: Starting from one side, carefully roll the tortilla tightly to encase the fillings. Ensure the edges are tucked in as you roll to prevent any fillings from spilling out.

Slice and Serve: Use a sharp knife to slice the rolled wrap into bite-sized pinwheels, about 1 to 2 inches thick. Arrange them on a platter.

Optional Final Touch: If desired, brush the outside of the rolled wraps with a little olive oil and toast them on a skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side until lightly browned and crispy.

Garnish: Serve your sweet and spicy charcuterie wraps with more sweet chili sauce for dipping and a sprinkle of additional cilantro for garnish.
