2 ripe peaches, diced

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust to taste)

1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, mix together the diced peaches, honey, sriracha, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Adjust the sriracha according to your spice preference. If using, fold in the chopped walnuts or pecans for added crunch.

    Spread the Cream Cheese: On each tortilla, spread a generous layer of the softened cream cheese, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.
