2 ripe mangos, peeled and diced

2 ripe avocados, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 red bell pepper, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 lime, juiced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 teaspoon chili powder (optional for heat)

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Prepare the Ingredients: Begin by peeling and dicing the ripe mangos and avocados into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the red bell pepper. Finely chop the red onion and fresh cilantro.

    Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, honey (or agave syrup), salt, pepper, and chili powder (if using) until well combined and emulsified.

      Combine the Salad: In a large mixing bowl, gently toss together the diced mangos, avocados, cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, and red onion.
