2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

8 oz fresh burrata cheese

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp balsamic glaze

Sea salt, to taste

Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Optional: 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts for added crunch
