For the Lime Slaw:

2 cups shredded cabbage (green or purple, or a mix)

1 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Juice of 2 limes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup

Salt and pepper, to taste

For Assembly:

8 small corn or flour tortillas

Avocado slices (optional)

Lime wedges, for serving

Extra cilantro, for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Tuna Filling:

    - In a medium bowl, combine the diced tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, minced ginger, and chopped green onions.

      - Gently mix to coat the tuna evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside to marinate for about 10–15 minutes.

        Make the Lime Slaw:

          - In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and chopped cilantro.

            - In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, honey (or agave), and season with salt and pepper.

              - Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture and toss until well combined. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

                Warm the Tortillas:

                  - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Lightly warm the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until they are pliable.

                    Assemble the Tacos:
