1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup corn kernels (fresh or canned)

1 cup diced cucumber

1 avocado, diced

1 head of Romaine or Butter Lettuce (for wraps)

Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Optional: shredded cheese (like cheddar or pepper jack)
